   PRAYER REQUESTS

Harold Hudson is still waiting for the results of his recent cat-scan.  We were thankful to learn that Wayne Patton’s tests revealed no blood clots.

Don Chapman, Scott’s father, has recently been diagnosed with esophageal cancer.   Stanley Frakowski, Sandy Nolte’s father, spent a few days in Wheeling Hospital last week for tests for problems with his balance.   Mia Rathe, a pre-school friend of the Dukes who lives in New Mexico, is recovering in a Denver hospital from recent heart surgery.

Ernie Hickenbottom, one of our former members, is undergoing physical rehab as he recovers from a recent stroke.   Albert Phillips, Amy Gray’s brother, is regaining some strength as he continues to undergo physical therapy in Peterson. Rich Gibson continues to undergo treatment in OSU James Cancer Center for lymphoma cancer.  Judy Kinemond, Mary Donna Wodarcyk’s daughter-in-law, is to undergo experimental clinical treatment for cancer July 1, 9 and 16 at Speilman Cancer Research Hospital in Columbus.  Gary Sterling, Darla Yazombek’s cousin in Oklahoma, has been diagnosed with esophageal and liver cancer.

Our prayers are with the family of Harold Thomas, a long time shepherd of the Wheeling church, who passed away last Sunday afternoon.

Our prayers continue for those for whom they have been requested recently…Kate Bain, Leonard Bearup, Sue Beisel, Charles Boger, George Patton, (Wayne’s brother), Peg Spielvogel and Jennifer Wheeler (Amy Nestor’s mother).

Please continue praying for those serving in the military…Jason Harris (Bill & Pat Rice’s son-in-law), Chad Huggins, Bill Randolph (Matt’s father), Nathan Rodak (Jay & Rhonda’s son, in Afghanistan) and Joey Stenger (Joe & Karen’s son).
