CAMP BROCHURES

Camp Concern is almost here! There are brochures available on the table in the foyer. Information is also available online.

SCRIPTURE OF THE MONTH

“…for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content. I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. I can do all things through him who strengthens me.”         (Philippians 4:11b-13 ESV)

What does it mean to be content? In what situations do you find it’s hard for you to remain content? It’s easy to get bogged down in parts of the situations you can’t control. What CAN you control?

AN ACTIVE FATIH

The life of following Jesus is an active life. We’ve been invited to put our faith in action. As a church, we’re always trying to find ways to live this active faith. Here a just a few ways for you to get involved. This is just a starting point!

  • Praying for those who are sick and hurting & writing cards for them.
  • Become a part of the Ministry of Encouragement.
  • Give old eye classes, ink cartridges, greeting cards, “Box Tops & Campbell’s Labels for Education, for various ministries.
  • Take food or provide other assistance to the sick and those who are grieving.
