PRAYER CONCERNS
Neil Kent was admitted to Liza’s Place last Tuesday.   He, perhaps, will be moved to Park Health Care Center within a few days. Kevin Kalany has been experiencing a fair amount of pain the past several days related to his bone marrow transplant.  Corey Hayes is doing very well following his May 26th eye cataract surgery. Randy Nolte is to undergo hernia surgery on June 16. Ray Ramsay’s mobility continues to improve as he recovers from his accident.
Sally Hickenbottom had stints inserted in both of her kidneys a few days ago.   Gene Lattocha, Steve’s brother, is in Wheeling Hospital recovering from a massive heart attack. Kenneth Kuhn, Scott McDiffitt’s uncle, is suffering from cancer of the pancreas.

MINISTRY OF ENCOURAGEMENT
Teams 2,3&5 will lead our Ministry of Encouragement for the next two weeks.
SYMPATHY
We extend our deepest sympathy to Ethel Kent in last Monday’s death of her brother, Harry Rice.
We have also received word that Oliver Sexton, Ginny Bateman’s brother, passed away last Wednesday in Illinois. (Ginny is one of our former members.)

CONGRATULATIONS, 2011 GRADUATES
Today we honor those of our church family who are graduating from High School this year…Cameron Baker (JVS/Bridgeport), Kyle Digiandomenico (Bridgeport), Vince Magnone (Bridgeport), Adam Sambuco (St.Clairsville), Rebecca Santini (JVS/Union Local) and Jacob Zink (St. Clairsville). Our prayers are with all of them as the Lord continues to guide and lead them.

GRADUATION PARTY
The church family is invited to the Graduation Party for Jacob Zink this coming Saturday, June 11, at his house from 5:00-9:00. Please sign the list on the bulletin board, if you are planning to attend.

MONTHLY FELLOWSHIP AND BRIDAL SHOWER
After this evening’s worship service dismissal, we will meet in the MP Room to honor our newlyweds Paul & Leslie Huffman and all those with Birthdays and Wedding Anniversaries in June. Care Group A will be in charge of the Shower and Care Group C will be in charge of the Fellowship.

SHEPHERDS-DEACONS-PREACHERS MEETING
The shepherds-deacons-preachers meeting for June was left off this month’s calendar. It will be Sunday, June 26, at 4:30.

FOREST HILLS
We are scheduled to lead the worship service for the residents at Forest Hills next Sunday at 2:30.

TEEN DEVO
The teens will meet for this week’s devo this coming Thursday (7-9 p.m.) at the Sowinskis’.
There will be a Youth Activity for those in Grades 1-6 Sunday afternoon, June 26, (Time to be announced later.)

VACATION
Everett will be on “vacation” this week working on some projects around their house. In his absence, Brad Schrum will present both the morning and evening lessons next Sunday.

WEDNESDAY ADULT CLASS SERIES
Our Summer series, “Go… Where? Do What?” will begin this coming Wednesday with Brad Schrum introducing the study. The series will help us focus on the numerous times throughout the New Testament in which the early church discovered how the Lord wanted them — and us — to fulfill our mission and work.

TEACHERS NEEDED
If you are willing to teach during one of the next four quarters, please sign the list on the hallway bulletin board.

MEALS FOR THE BEREAVED
If you have not completed one of the forms for helping with the meals for the families of the bereaved, please take one from the table, complete it and return it to Jerry Moore. Be sure to read the revised policy in today’s bulletin insert.

IN SEARCH OF THE LORD’S WAY
“The Church Is Necessary” is next week’s announced topic for the weekly program which can be seen locally every Sunday at 7:30 a.m. on WTRF-TV, ch. 7.
