VBS Planning: If you are interested in helping with VBS, sign up on the bulletin board. If you have questions, see Keaton, Dennie, or Brad. The refreshment committee for VBS is in need of cookies and monetary donations to help purchase snacks and drinks. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Please see Debbie Hatcher. The Recreation committee needs beach balls, frisbees, hula hoops, and bean bags. Please write your name in permanent marker on your item and put them in the Fireside Room.
Collection For Augusta Levy: The Augusta Levy Learning Center lost their building and their supplies to a structure fire. They are collecting school supplies to help carry on their work. The supplies needed are posted on the bulletin board. You can drop off supplies in the Fireside Room or see Stephanie Benham for details.
Summer Series: Beginning Wednesday, we will be starting a short summer series in our Wednesday night Bible class. This is a great opportunity to get involved in deeper Bible study with your church family as we talk about who we are as a church, and why we believe what we believe. Make plans to join us!
Camp Concern: Secondary Week at Camp Concern begins today. Keep the students and staff in your prayers!
Bike ride: There will be a motorcycle ride on Saturday, July 28. They will be leaving from the building at 8am. See Jeff Bigler for details.
Sympathy: We extend our sympathy to Nettie Hartung and Greg Vickers. Their brother, Chuck, passed away. His visitation and funeral services were on Friday in St. Clairsville.
Kitchen Towels: We are missing over two dozen towels from the kitchen. If you’ve taken some to wash, please return them. Thank you!
Hearing Assist Devices: We are going to be upgrading our hearing assist system very soon. If you would like your own personal receiver, the cost will be $100. If you would like one of your own, see one of the shepherds or Brad. If $100 is cost-prohibitive for you, but you would still like one, you can still talk with one of the shepherds or Brad.
Thursday Night Devotionals: The next #TND for our student ministry will be Thursday, July 26th at the Johnsons’ house.
Dishes: There are several dishes and plastic containers that have accumulated over the past couple of months, including dishes from the Sowinski’s. They are on the table in the fellowship hall. Please have a look and pick up any that belong to you. Thanks!
