New requests and updates: Valerie Baker (Amy Gray’s mom) had surgery to remove her leg below the knee. She is having some complications infection, low blood pressure). Stephanie Benham had an endoscopy and colonoscopy. Mandee Craft had surgery to remove kidneys stones, but they were unable to get them all. She had to have a second surgery. Amy Higgins has been diagnosed with endometrial cancer and will be having a hysterectomy soon. Elsie Isminger (Brenda McCreary’s mom) had surgery in Parkersburg. Warren Lallathin is in the hospital at Ohio State recovering from a urinary tract obstruction.

Continued Building Development: Today is the first of our contribution challenge for the paving of our upper parking lot. As part of our effort to make our facilities as accessible as possible for the purpose of growing to know and serve Jesus, we are planning to concrete the entrance road and pave the upper parking lot nearest the building. We have been saving for this project, but we still need about $30,000. So the elders have set aside the 4th Sunday of the next 3 months (starting today) to challenge us to give over and above our normal contribution.
Student Ministry Summer Kick-Off: The Student Ministry summer kick-off event will be Wednesday, May 30, at 5:30 pm at the church building.

Vacation: Brad will be on vacation starting on Monday. He will be back to work on June 4, God willing.
