North Hills Youth Rally 2011 – Trip Information
REGISTRATION DEADLINE // with all money and information to Brad
Wednesday, September 7th
You are registered when you tell Brad, he writes it down, and you pay.
COST: $8
Checks to St. Clairsville Church of Christ
T-Shirts: $8 (ahead of time – size due w/ registration, money during the weekend)
$10 during the weekend if not pre-ordered
MED FORMS: If you have not filled out a current Emergency Medical Form for 2011, you must do so before the trip. They are available from Brad, the church lobby, or here
HOUSING: We’ll stay in the homes of members of the North Hills congregation. You’ll need a sleeping bag.
SCHEDULE:
Leave from the church at 530pm on Friday Sept 23rd
Returning between 10-11pm Saturday night (at the church) – we’ll call when we leave
NOTES:
The number of people we can take depends on the number of seats available in chaperones’ cars. Registration will be first-come basis.
Angel Baker will be the lead chaperone on Friday – Brian will be at the rally early, and Brad will be flying into Pittsburgh from grad school Friday evening.
You may want to bring clothes for outdoor sports during the Saturday afternoon picnic, and you may want to bring money for breakfast on Saturday (brunch will be served at 1030, with a picnic dinner from 315-6 at a local park).
