Winterfest 2013
Hey friends, Winterfest 2013 is quickly approaching!

Information about the Weekend:
Space is limited (28 total spaces – depending on boy/girl mix, may be a few less spots) for this trip, so spaces will be allotted to teens as hotel space/van space remains available. Please see Brad right away to reserve your spot. The last day to reserve a spot is SUNDAY, DECEMBER 23rd. If you have questions, please let Brad know. By reserving a spot you are committed financially to paying your portion of the trip cost whether you are able to go or not, UNLESS someone is able to attend in your place. This is because we will be paying in advance for the hotel and registrations fees.
Cost: $100 – this pays for hotel, registration, and a portion of transportation costs
Unless you have talked to me and made other arrangements, everyone’s $100 is due to me no later than Sunday, January 13th. Also, your 2013 MEDICAL RELEASE FORM is due Sunday, January 13th as well.
We plan to be leaving at 5:00 a.m. Friday, February 15th (from church building, please be there a little before). We will return at approximately 8:00 p.m. Sunday, February 17th (at church building). We are planning to travel via 15 passenger van and additional vans. Be sure to bring – appropriate warm clothes, money for 9 meals/any optional activities/shopping which you wish to do, your Bible, appropriate music (if you are bringing any), a sleeping bag (if you prefer not to share a bed), a great attitude for the weekend, etc. If you have other questions, please let me know.
